We’re searching for a full-time manager who is hard working, a team player, proactive in their work, and who will fit into our uplifting vibe.
We’d love to find a manager who is committed to providing an excellent guest experience, takes ownership of the open play floor, and is eager to form relationships with our guests and members. You should be proficient on the computer and express a willingness to learn new things!
Ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for our guests
Set a strong and positive example for our team
Take ownership of the open play floor - from opening procedures to cleaning and floor management, through closing procedures
Inventory Management (Small Retail + Snack Area)
Staff Training
Scheduling (or assisting with scheduling)
Checking in guests and assisting them with needs during their visit
Take and manage guest phone calls
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our events and offerings so that you can assist guests with questions and scheduling
Willingness to learn to care for a super friendly and gentle lizard :)
Bonus if you’re willing to act as our mascot from time to time!
The hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday (35 hours). During the preliminary 90-day training period, there will be a few weekend shifts so that our manager can get to know the weekend team and acquire an understanding of how our weekend Open Play and Parties flow. There is an opportunity for a weekend shift every weekend or every other weekend if more hours are preferred!
After completion of the 90-day training window, benefits include ten days of accrued paid time off, free family membership for play, up to two birthday parties per year (discounted or free - depending on when you book!) and a “classic” Planet Fitness membership.
